Stephane Dion wants to impose a carbon tax, while cutting income taxes. Good idea?
YES -- I'd pay the same at the end of the day and it might help the environment

Myanmar Aid

Myanmar Cyclone - Aid Details

Areas of Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, have been devestated by a cyclone which hit Saturday, May 3rd. The death toll is in the thousands with many more still missing. As many as one million people have been left homeless. The country's military rulers are now accepting international aid but travel and visa obstacles are slowing down deliveries. Canada has set aside $2 million for urgent relief.
